Corona in Austria – The first result

Exactly one week ago it was announced that the first two people in Austria had been infected with the Corona virus. Today, seven days later, we are facing the following situation:

24 people in Austria are officially infected with the virus. 350 patients are in quarantine. Hygiene products and disinfectants are almost sold out. The population buys durable food in bulk. Major events are canceled. Schools remain closed. Travels and vacations are canceled. The economic forecasts are revised. The Austrian Chancellor’s state visit to the President of the USA does not take place. Central banks cut interest rates.

No single week in history has changed our country as much as this.

On school toilets there is soap.
