Coronavirus: the crucial question

We have been in the “coronavirus pandemic” for almost a year. We have known since the beginning that a pandemic lasts around 3 years until around 70 percent of the population is infected. During this time, a pandemic continues in waves of infection. We are currently in the middle of the 2nd wave worldwide, especially in Europe.

The coronavirus pandemic has now hit all of us humans. We have all found our “modus vivendi” to deal with it. This way of life in the face of the pandemic puts all of us in fear, pain and anger, and often in boredom.

All in all, the way of life in this pandemic is an extreme condensation of our ordinary lives. More than usual we are confronted with the question: “How do I actually want to live?”

We meanwhile know how to behave. We meanwhile also see how we want to behave. Do I want to be considerate? Or do I want to be inconsiderate? Do I want to be careful or do I want to be careless? Do I want to be social or anti-social? And what does it all mean in the face of the pandemic?

This coronavirus pandemic will last a total of 3 years. We have already seen a quarter of this. How do we want to spend the rest of the time? How do we want to get out of this pandemic afterwards? What is actually our goal?

What is our goal?
