The circle of life is easy to understand:
It assumes that feelings arise when energy flows.
We can let energy in, let it through, let it out and leave it outside.
If we do this in excess, it creates fear when letting in, pain when letting through, anger when letting out, and boredom when leaving it outside.
However, when energy flows appropriately, it creates trust in letting in, happiness in letting through, respect when letting out, and relaxation when leaving it outside.
These feelings are not only inherent in every individual, but also a social issue:
• Fear is the subject of Judaism.
• Pain is the theme of Christianity.
• Anger is the subject of Islam.
• Boredom is the theme of Buddhism.
• The Jewish God creates trust.
• The Christian God creates happiness.
• The Muslim God creates respect.
• Buddhist godlessness creates relaxation.
According to Arthur Schopenhauer, life oscillates between pain and boredom. However, this only happens when we persist in fear in letting energy in and anger in letting energy out.
But if we succeed in building trust when letting energy in and respect when letting energy out, then life oscillates between happiness and relaxation.
The easiest way to overcome the blocked flow of energy of fear, pain, anger and boredom is to either sing consciously or simply to laugh. Then trust, happiness, respect and relaxation arise.
And this is how joy arises.
