“There is an urgent need to find new forms of work truly capable of fulfilling our human potential and affirming our dignity. In order to ensure dignified employment, there must be a change in the prevailing economic paradigm, which seeks only to expand companies’ profits.” (Pope Francis)

Your Holiness, dear Pope Francis!
After having suggested a Universal Basic Income (UBI) I want to introduce a Global Tax Model (GTM) to you. It’s as easy as the Universal Basic Income:
In the future we only have 2 basic taxes:
1. The Income Tax
2. The Value Added Tax
The Income Tax applies to every form of income for a person (work, property, assets). Below the level of the Basic Income (UBI) it is minus hundred percent (-100%), above the level of the Maximum Net Income (100xUBI) it is hundred percent (100%). In between it can be flat or progressive, at every level each state decides.
The Corporate Tax is hundred percent (100%) for any corporate profit. There is no need for any profit for corporations after having paid their owners and employees personally and eventually saved money for future investments.
The Value Added Tax can be at any level between zero and hundred percent which is needed to pay the Basic Income and the basic infrastructure. It is raised for all goods and financial transactions.
It’s easy, isn’t it?
Deal?
With my best wishes for God’s blessings
Peter
